Questions parents ask

When will we get the video?

Typed letters: usually within 3 days of ordering. Mailed letters: within 3 days after Santa receives them. For Christmas: order typed letters by Dec 20, mail paper letters by Dec 10, and order the $29 bundle by Dec 10 so Santa's paper letter arrives in time.

Where do we mail the paper letter?

Right after checkout we email you Santa's mailing address and tips for helping your child send it. Please mail it by Dec 10.

What do you do with my child's information?

Only a parent or guardian can order. We ask for your child's first name, age, and letter, and use them only to make Santa's reply. We don't sell or share them, we never contact your child, and you can email [email protected] any time to have it deleted. More on privacy.

Will Santa promise my child a present?

No. Santa celebrates their wishes and tells them the elves will do their best, but he never guarantees a specific gift.

What if something's wrong with the video?

Email [email protected] and we'll fix it. If we can't make it right, we'll refund you.
