🎄 Order by Dec 20 to have Santa's video before Christmas · Paper letters: order by Dec 10
Custom Santa Letter

Santa answers what your kid actually wrote.

Not a fill-in-the-blank greeting. Santa sits by his fire, reads your child's real letter, and answers it: their name, their wishes, the thing they're proud of. On video, just for them.

Hear what a real reply sounds like

“You told me you learned to ride your bike without training wheels. Well, that made my beard wiggle with joy!”

Sample made for “Ellie” (details invented for this demo). Every video is made from your child's own letter, so no two are alike. Santa never promises a specific gift. For big wishes, he says he'll be wishing right along with them.

Questions parents ask

When will we get the video?

Typed letters: usually within 3 days of ordering. Mailed letters: within 3 days after Santa receives them. Order by Dec 20 (typed) or mail by Dec 10 to be safe for Christmas.

Where do we mail the paper letter?

Right after checkout we email you Santa's mailing address and tips for helping your child send it.

What do you do with my child's information?

Only a parent or guardian can order. We ask for your child's first name, age, and letter, and use them only to make Santa's reply. We don't sell or share them, we never contact your child, and you can ask us to delete everything after Christmas.

Will Santa promise my child a present?

No. Santa celebrates their wishes and tells them the elves will do their best, but he never guarantees a specific gift.

What if something's wrong with the video?

Reply to your receipt email and we'll fix it. If we can't make it right, we'll refund you.
